To the people who have played it, is it worth the full retail price?

Depends on what kind of game you're used to... I've been playing big, open-world games like Skyrim and Borderlands and, compared to those, no it's not.
The story is amazing and the gameplay is fun, so if you're into that then yes.

I'm really enjoying the game so far. There are a few little quirks that seem weird like how Ellie or anyone else in your group can walk/run right in front of a clicker and they won't be aware of it, but if you make one wrong step they'll wake up and grab you. The story is definitely very good. I've seen it rated as the best PS3 exclusive and I don't know if I'd go that far, but it's definitely up there.

Absolutely. It's one of the best stories I ever experienced, how close I felt to the characters was absolutely crazy.
Gameplay is fun and engaging, and apparently the multiplayer is great as well. Haven't tried that yet though.

This has been driving me crazy! Like this one time Ellie was "practicing her whistling" and none of the runners reacted to it at all! Then I knocked something over and they swarmed me!

Still need to pick my copy up. I had an odd problem at Game Stop right before closing when I tried to pick it up and their computers were all messed up so they couldn't look up my reserved copy in their system. I almost said forget it I will go get it at Best Buy. lol. But I didn't. Honestly did not want to lose out on the five dollars I put towards the game.

Honestly hope it is as good as they say. Have not been enough good games lately.
