Final Fantasy 7 - also my childhood and an intro into heartwarming storylines
Farenheit Indigo Prophecy - a great storyline and a great multiple path game with great ability on interaction

Definitely agree with your numbers 1. and 3... Love those games to death, but mostly PMD.
