Any good FPS games coming out?

I've been throwing around the ideas of having some zombies move faster, and having some zombies use weapons...but I can never decide on one thing or the other =/

I really liked Neil Manke's mod for Half-Life, called They Hunger. The graphics weren't all that great, but it was a pretty sweet little mod. Very NotLD inspired, and some of the zombies did have guns and fired at you (they were cops).

Been waiting for the HL2 sequel, but it seems like it keeps getting delayed...that, and it's not going to be free this time around =/
