Currently I'm playing my borrowed copy of Persona 4, the main reason being to find out more about the one and only Kanji (look him up, you'll figure out why I'm so intereted  ). So far its one of the best Atlus RPG's Ive ever played in my life; the characters are believable, the voice acting is top notch (even the dub! Take that Dub haters!) and the lore is just... Brilliant beyond words!

Also you know you are a big Persona 4 fan when you poke at your TV after turning it off right after you finish playing the game!

^You would probably love Radiant Historia for the DS. It's also by Atlus, and is one of my favourite games ever. I give it a 10/10! :D

Yes, the Persona games are amazing! I haven't actually played 4 yet, but I have played 3 and it makes me extremely sad. Like to the point where some of the music brings me to tears. The closest I've gotten to playing 4 would be Arena Ultimax, though I mainly just played the P3 characters. I think when I actually do play it, I'm gonna try to get Persona 4 Golden because of all the bonus content.

^^^^^ 4 is definitely better than 3. I preferred the plot of the latter but everything else about 4 is much improved, especially the characters. PLAY EET

4 is definitely the best Persona game; I played through it and a couple of months later I got a Vita and played through it again via the Golden version, which is significantly expanded. Crazy fact: they entirely redubbed several of the characters, because their VAs weren't available to voice the new parts of the game.

My favourite SMT game is Lucifer's Call/Nocturne though. Think Pokemon except set in a post-apocalypse where you recruit demons to fight in a party with you (the same demon models used in Persona 3/4 and other PS2 SMT games -- actually this was the first game to introduce those). I always felt that the battle and fusion systems in Persona games were horribly limited by comparison. You can recruit Dante from DMC too~

I definitely will, can't wait to pursue my true self. Though unfortunately I already got spoiled one of the major plot points, but whatever. Didn't ruin Mother 3 for me, won't ruin Persona 4 for me either.

Is that where the "Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry series!" meme came from?

Y'know I've not heard that meme, but given the wording on the back of the case it seems likely:

Although it's a shame it has to be Devil May Cry 2's Dante. How am I supposed to pretend that game doesn't exist now?! The version we got is the second version of the game; the original Japan-only release omitted Dante and a massive optional dungeon that you do in bits throughout the game and is probably one of its high points.

I've actually been repairing my OG PS3 over the week and I may just have to make this the first game I play on it cuz I'm getting all nostalgic!

Be aware that Persona 4 has a really slow paced plot. Like, nothing *really* happens for a very a long time in terms of the overarching story. That's probably the one thing that I preferred about 3, but then that game had the worst dungeon ever and no option to manually control other party members. AND that game has about the worst final boss I've ever fought.

I was reading some stuff about the Game Boy Advance's birthday, and got the urge to play some. So I brought my Micro to work and started working on Friends of Mineral Town.

Man, every time I play a new Harvest Moon game, I feel like I need to read a manual, because they always change all of the rules >_< How do they expect me to get anything done when my rucksack only holds TWO items???

Been playing a pretty old game from the 90s.

Pax Imperia Eminent Domain.

It's like Master of Orion 2, only real-time and imo, more fun.

Actually I was playing that same game last night. The only difference being that I was playing the version where you get to play as a girl instead if the usual, brown-haired farm boy common in the series.

I also agree on the lack of in-game instructions. I really have no idea as to what item can I woe my potential bachelor with. Gotta download that pdf! :P

Kuraudo777, it requires a fairly powerful computer though, depending upon your laptop specifications one could play the game. Oh, the game is not purchasable rather you download the game/install it on your system
