I'm never going to understand the point of VR. Seems like a good way to trip over stuff, and a good way for devs to obsess over super-gimmick games like the Kinect did.

Though to be fair, it's basically impossible to impress me with graphical stuff or related things, so there's that.

Certainly not something I'd ever use. Motion controls were more than bad enough. This looks like EXAGGERATED motion controls to me.

You should wait till the PS3 gets cheap and then buy it. That game is awesome. Love it. Their making a second one and I would to get that one and play it too.

VR will impress me when they start using direct neural interfaces instead of headsets. What's the point of VR if I can't FEEL it instead of just seeing and hearing it?

The point is probably shiny graphics and spectacle to get you to buy things, I'd bet, now that I think about it. If it's new and sparkly, it'll sell, even if it doesnt really DO much of anything (like Kinect, which is what I'm going to keep comparing it to).

Typical, really...

the scratched disc isn't entirely comforting.

and now it freezes when trying to load a particular stage.

all you have to do is put the disc in the console, play it, and when you are done you leave it in there, or put it back in the case. you don't clean it with steel wool or use it as a hockey puck, because that's what it looks like.

i don't see how adults can let their CDs get to that stage unless they don't care at all. with young uns it is more understandable, and honestly that's probably the demographic for this game, maybe a little older.

I just started playing Battlefield 2 again, brings back a lot of good memories :) So much better than all of the newer BF games.

Viscera Cleanup Detail. This one sure goes well with my autistic tendencies. Sure is ALOT to do in every map. And lots... and lots... of gore, yet without any violence because it happens before you actually get there. All of the things you do, and there's a huge variety, are interesting and satisfying (if repetitive by nature) and you have to be very meticulous. Not to mention the bits where you do a bit of CSI stuff and try to report on how each person died. Bullet holes/casings around, and they're lying against a wall with a big splat? Chances are something big shot them and sent them flying. And you get bonus points at the end for figuring these things out, it requires careful investigation... it's a very interesting gameplay element. Afterwards though, you have to do something about all of the... parts. Many, many parts. And then the mopping... so much mopping...

It kinda reminds me of back when Harvest Moon came out, way back when. You look at the game and go, how could a game about farming (or whatever) actually be any fun? With the extreme repitition of dealing with all the crops and animals and... you know. And then you play it, and you just "get it". It's that sort. This one is also quite relaxing, mostly. Until you accidentally do something that makes more of a mess. Physics! Managing to 100% a level though is very difficult, because you have to be REALLY meticulous and paying attention to every detail, so you dont miss important stuff.

Also the game is GORGEOUS. I dont normally comment on graphics, but particularly on my new (and ultra-expensive) PC, it's just amazing. Which really helps when you're searching around for all of those little details and objects.

Very interesting game. I love creative ideas like this. And also shows that it's not JUST AAA games that can have great graphics and stuff.

It's set out a bit differently than the PC version but it's really good I find! The stylus makes it easy to lay bricks down and mine ores. You can also do local multiplayer on it :)

forgot about the stylus...that sounds MASSIVELY useful for taking out/placing blocks. its petty frustratingly slow on pc. :?

it is a digital/eshop release or physical?
