Just kidding, looks like they tried to avoid putting the worst Sonics in there
I'd say this is debatable, given that 2006 and Shadow the Hedgehog were never released on PC ;D not to mention Sonic Boom and Black Knight.
$10 for Sonic Generations and Lost World is defo a good deal though, Generations is easily the best 3D Sonic game and Lost World is... absolutely playable! It's entirely possible to convert playing time into some measure of joy! (or: it's a misstep but it's polished and visually interesting if nothing else)
I was replaying Witcher 3 yet again but my computer keeps powering off under load and I need to figure out if it's the power supply, the motherboard or a software problem. Hopefully the latter.
What I have been putting time into is Shin Megami Tensei 4. I'll be honest, the first five or so hours were okay but kind of weak? All the gameplay elements are there and solid but there was an uncertainty as to whether the whole game was going to be a Naraku dungeon crawl. Without spoilers, it gets a whole lot better after the Medusa fight.
And that Medusa fight, wow. Minotaur wasn't exactly easy but Medusa really requires you to exploit the game's systems -- and even then the random factor can wreck you. I also restarted the game at the Minotaur boss fight because I wasn't happy with my build; I pumped strength thinking that it might be as OP as SMT3, but in actual fact dexterity (or magic, if you choose) is the best attack stat to pump. Actually, I feel a little guilty for looking that up instead of just trucking on but eh.
One thing I love about this game is the ease of battling. Battles don't take any longer than required. Autobattle disables animations and you get an ability that allows your autobattle AI to exploit enemy weaknesses (if already known, I assume). Animations are short, too. I really appreciate RPGs that minimise wasted time like that.
