I just bought Duke Nukem on Grand Old Games. Playing it for a little while, made me think about what the hell has happened to FPS games. They used to be about having fun and killing aliens and monster with really cool guns and saying one liners and being kickass , but now its all about "realism" in first person shooters and fighting boring terrorist or Nazis with boring realistic guns in a brown environment. If I wanted realism I would watch the history channel or the modern war channel I also have Fallout 1 and 2 on Grand Old Games, and plan on getting Baldur's Gate, which has just been loaded on.

Portal 1 and 2, and the Splinter Cell pack on Steam, including, Splinter Cell, Chaos Theory, Double Agent, and Conviction. 8) I love sneaking around and being strategic, it's fun.

I really want the Penumbra games and Amnesia, but they're sooooooo scary, and I scare easily. :lol: :oops:

I was quite disappointed with The Witcher... it was very bland and boring once you get into Vizima. But maybe I just didn't play it long enough. The leaked videos of Witcher 2 looked pretty good, but I'll wait for gameplay videos and reviews before I'd decide to get it.

Bought Phantasy Star II and Shinobi last night....I beat Shinobi already but Phantasy Star II feels like a regretable purchase now...

You're right, I do! I never realized that secret was in there. That is so cool, because secret characters are one of my most favorite things about MK games. Smoke was my favorite secret character.
