Perfect! It's quite sad that that game has been out for so very long and I only got to play it just last year. A bit late, yeah, but a great game indeed! How epic was the final battle?

Being the youngster I am, the first video games I ever had would have to be Mickey's Wild Adventure and A Bug's Life Activity Centre on the PlayStation. I never did finish the former... and I still haven't to this day.

The first video game I ever witnessed was the inaugural Crash Bandicoot. I was sooo eager to have a go myself, which shows that I was a video game nut before I even started playing! ^_^

I don't know what my first game was. My dad already had an Atari 2600 and plenty of games before I was born, and my mom had one of those third-party Pong things.

Nintendo doesn't price drop. Ever.

I'm sure they will mate! Just give 'em some time. See what happened to the Gamecube? I don't know how it started but when I got it it was $99! Now that's what I call dropping price! X)

Does the game look as good as the cover design? ^_^

They don't price drop their games. I was reading some interview where Iwata (I think?) said he doesn't think it's fair for people to get games for cheaper later when people who bought the game on launch had to pay full price.

*shrugs*

First game I ever played was Commander Keen, followed by Pit Fighter, Gill of the Jungle and Jack the Nipper, wasn't allowed a console.

I understand that, but not everyone who wants to play a new Mario game mostly out of nostalgia is willing to pay 60-100 Australian dollars. Even second hand don't even really drop.

Yeah, I'm not saying I agree with it =/ I remember back in the day, we tried getting Mario Kart 64 for forever, but it never went down in price.

So I never really got to enjoy all the reall good 64/Gamecube games back when they were still in stores :x

Me, too! :)

Well, even though it did come included with my family's first NES, I consider "Ice Hockey" for the same system to be my first video game, though not exclusively for me alone.

If you wanna be technical, the first video game I ever bought with my own money, for myself, would be "LoZ: A Link to the Past" for the SNES, on eBay in 2000.

I don't go out much. :? :P
