I just beat LOTR: The Two Towers for the 5th time, and my gf will be testing me on it.

Your girfriend will be testing you on Lord of the Rings?! No offense, but that's kind of weird. I cant think of a girl at my school who even thinks about being a Galadriel/Arwen wannabe...(Exept for the ones that think the actor playing Aragorn is hot...)

But i can't really talk, seeing as i dream about having archery skills and woodland knowedge rivaling Legolas' one day...

I have:
Super Smash Brothers Melee
Metroid Prime (the reason I got a Gamecube in the first place)
Super Mario Sunshine
TLoZ: The Wind Waker
Star Wars: Rogue Leader
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
Metroid Prime 2
Both Zelda Bonus Disks
Soul Calibur II
Mega Man Anniversary Collection
Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy
Summoner: A Goddess Reborn
Sonic Mega Collection (had to see what other people played during the 16-bit era)

I would like to get:
Resident Evil 4
Tales of Symphonia
the first Prince of Persia game
The new Zelda game (about time they went realistic!)

I had more but I sold them in order to get a copy of Digital Devil Saga for the ps2 so my Game Cube list is down to this:

Baten Kaitos
Bloody Roar Extreme
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Sonic DX
Tales of Symphonia

And that would be it.

begin rant/^_^ And I'll probably be disputed on this for those who haven't tried the game but.... Baten Kaitos is the BEST game nintendo has ever released! It rocks majorly hard because (for one it's not a platformer!) and it has some REALLY good graphics and voice acting.. Plus the character art is really awesome and there's some great sidequests. /end rant.

A cool Gamecube game if you can find it is "Gotcha Force". Sorta like the old Sega arcade game "Virtua On" mixed with Pokemon mixed with Megaman. FUN!

Looks kiddy, but you'll need pretty darn good reflexes and team-building strategy to get far!

It is if you like the genre. There is lots of characters and things to unlock and moves and stuff. I certainly like to play it with friends... if I had any friends.

It is quite old so you should be able to pick up a used copy for $19, or whatever used games go for these days. But, it might be worth waiting for the Revolution version which will be capable of playing online. :)
