Skyrim - Got sooo boring found the journey between places dull and unbearable, scenery felt too copy paste tho nice at first, the caves all looked like they'd been mass produced and botched together by the crappy-cave-company's oldest machine, they didn't feel claustrophobic enough and the texturing inside was awful. Enemies in general fought and looked as clunky as you did. Dragons became way to predictable after the 3rd one. could go on forever....
Fallout: New Vegas - Was really looking forward to this after spending stupid amounts of time on 3, got the big ass £95 (I think) preorder mega box thingy, and everything started off well did everything that needed to be done in Goodsprings had a massive detour, got owned by radscorpions and deathclaws for going the wrong way etc etc. So felt I'd do the Story quests for a bit then it hit me... Where the hell are all the enemies ?? It' seemed daft that you had to go out of your way to get even a tickle off something, except for the obvious check point of enemies on the main road which you could snipe off easy enough... Then more and more things started bugging me, the Mojave desert is boring as hell visually, yes it's a desert but still nothing to look at + no enemies... I ran through it in no time tho and returned it and got my money back. Tho it redeemed itself by releasing what I personally think is the best add on ever in the world of add ons... Old World Blues dont think I've laughed so much playing a game ever XD
I could probably write a book on poor purchases when it comes to games, especially the newer ones. Can't think of any bad SNES purchases I made when I was younger
