The Sorceress from Spyro 3 was a really good character for a non-realistic video game. Kor was really cool in Jak II; you don't expect the old man to be a big insect beast thing. I need to replay that game sometime soon. Ripper Roo from Crash Bandicoot looks hilarious and talks hilarious.

From childhood probably Ripto (Spyro 2)

Then a lot from Doom 2: spiderdemon, Cacodemon, Cyberdemon and Baron of hell.

Plus they sqwoosh inward like a deflated balloon when they die, and they always made the most interesting noise when they did. It was like it was disappointed.

Definitely Dusknoir from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series.

before tiberian wars I'd include Kane, but ea really messed up his story

My favorite video game villains are Ganondorf from the The Legend of Zelda series, Waluigi from the Super Mario series, General Serrano from Bulletstorm, and Zinyak from Saints Row IV.

No one said Luca Blight from Suikoden II? For shame...

I never wanted to take down a villain more than him. And boy does he take some taking down. Absolutely superb villain.

Jacqueline Natla from Tomb Raider is pretty naff - but I love that!

Helga Von Bulow from Return To Castle Wolfenstein was an absolute hoot in her brief appearance. They shouldn't have killed her off halfway through!

I kinda like Damien in Watchdogs. He is manipulative and cunning, not at all a two dimensional character.

Jorhan Stahl - Killzone 3 / Killzone Shadow Fall
Shao Kahn - Mortal Kombat 2, 3, Trilogy, Gold, Deception, Armageddon and 2010 remake. For no reason other than he is one of the meanest looking game bad guys ever.

The walls- Pong

Myself, when I'm playing Dungeon Keeper or Syndicate. Gotta love Bullfrog games.

Hard not to enjoy the abuse given to the player by Glados...also hate/like her stupid guilt-tripping turrets that make you feel guilty when you tumble them over... "I don't hate you".... I'm sorry little turret....I won't ever do again, I swear! I don't hate you either, but the game is making me do it, because If I don't, you're going to kill me and I can't complete the game while dead.
