When Squall got icicle'd, I seriously thought he was dead. I mean, the icicle when right through him! 8O

Also, I thought of something rather interesting. Maybe Zack is sort of a deconstruction of those ridiculous invincible heroes, because all Zack's Jenova cell/MAKO enhancement only made his death that much longer and drawn out. He must have been in so much pain...
Cloud, too, may also be a deconstruction of invincible heroes, especially in Advent Children Complete, since while he may have survived getting impaled multiple times by Sephiroth, all of that nearly killed him, and quite painfully so.

Wild Arms is a RPG game that was on the PSX/PS2.

Here's a new question: Favourite FF Boss?

Comedy wise boss for my favorite is Ultros from FF VI and the FF XIII-2 DLC version still is strong minus an extra opponent for the DLC he gains:

My all time favorite FF Boss is Yunalesca from Final Fantasy X. The difficulty of the battle since the other forms having to deal with a lot of zombie and death statuse plus others. Though I do recommend having Yuna obtain Holy near the end due to the MP consumption of this spell. Plus Scan and Sensor will mention Holy.

Though my favorite Superboss is Feral Chaos from Dissidia 012 Duodecim Final Fantasy. That music transiting from Cantata Mortise to God In Fire track, nuff said. Plus this Superboss is a LOT better than Ozma who's a blatantly troll Superboss in FF IX. The rage quit is real with Ozma for me.

Hmm...I'm going to go with all of the Jenova and Sephiroth fights in FFVII.

To this day, I've never tried defeating Ruby Weapon [or Emerald Weapon, for that matter], and I don't think I ever will.

Sephiroth's Supernova animation is crazy long. Like if I go to the bathroom and the return. It's still going.

I think the Demon Wall in both 7 and 12 is just as bad as Emerald Weapon and Ruby Weapon.I struggled against Emerald and beating Ruby as well. But got it after multiple times got it with Emerald and Ruby.

^ The irony is that the Supernova animation is only in the North American version.
8O How did you manage to beat Ruby and Emerald? 8O

Never knew that :3 I forgot since it's been so long ago like when I was 11 long time. I do recommend gamefaqs.com more useful than me.

I dunno if I'm late to this thread, but FFVII's ending might have been one of my favorites of all time. I've seen a lot of people give it flak for being too ambiguous, but I feel like it conveyed everything it needed to.
I also really love the antics between Sabin/Cyan/Gau throughout FFVI.

As for favorite FF characters, my favorite is probably Vincent (whenever I can change my avatar, it'll be to him.), but I also really like Mog/Celes/Sabin.

On the subject of the Weapons in VII though, there's a glitch you can do with Vincent's Death Penalty weapon that 1-shots all enemies. It's pretty time consuming though.

Hmmm...It's a toss up of either Jecht, Kuja, Edea or Kefka.

It's pretty simple.

Here's my list:
Cloud and Tifa
Zack and Aeris
Tidus and Yuna
Fang and Vanille [they are the only things I like about FFXIII--that and Crystal Status]
Warrior of Light

Vanille needs more love and less drama about her. Cloud was intresting, Tifa after they updated her look in Advent Children. I have a Dynasty Warriors Original Character that had a voice like Yuna's both English and Japanese voice and a earpiece jewlery, I think. Arieth is a take it or leave case for me.

Warrior of Light. Name sounds familiar but can't of the Final Fantasy it originally came unless it was from Dissidia series.

^The Warrior of Light indeed comes from Dissidia [and FFI if you want to be picky].

New question: What has Final Fantasy taught you in terms of life lessons?

The Opera Scene in Final Fantasy 6 was very cool at the time. So was the final battle in Final Fantasy 6.

I remember playing through the scene in Final Fantasy VII where Cloud has to crossdress as part of a hairbrained scheme to get into a pimp's fortress. It triggered a lot of emotions in me as wanting to be a girl was still something I was ashamed of. I was worried my parents would walk in while I was playing it.
