Super Mario Bros.
Played it at a neighbor's house; my parents and their friends (their house) wanted to have some drinks and have adult discussions, so the neighbors put me in front of their TV and Nintendo. After that I simply HAD to have a Nintendo.

For the record, spending 50% of my childhood playing Tetris vastly improved my eye-hand coordination.

Duck Hunt, but it was on the same 8 bit game as Super Mario Bros. so they were collectively the 1st games I ever played, however I played Duck Hunt 1st..... I was about 6 or 7 back then, now I am 28, so that has been years ago.

Who says video games are bad for you. They've improved our hand to eye coordination greatly.

The first game I ever played that I can remember was a rip off of donkey kong. The second, on that same friend's computer, was possibly a version of rampage. The first game I ever owned was super mario bros/duck hunt.

Spider-Man and Captain America in Doctor Doom's Revenge(1989) for the PC was the first video game I clearly remember playing.

I have some vague memory of playing Duck Hunt and Mario Bros. on Nintendo at someone's house prior, but my memory could be off.

My first game was Sonic2 for the genesis :) Ahh those were the days. I was seven when I got it in 92. But I sucked at lol I could only get to the Chemical plant zone then I would drown lol. But now I can go all the way to the 8 or 9 zone.
