I like the music from Cave Story. Melodic and catchy like the best old school videogame music.

Most "Tales of" music, especially Abyss/Legendia.

I also harbour a love for the Mario RPG series music.

There's a lot of great video game music out there, but I still think the best was Chrono Trigger for the SNES. I used to rent it, and was able to play almost all the way through, but I just bought the DS version so I could do it all over again. Just about every track is good, but the absolute best ones are Magus's theme and the two Lavos Battle themes.

Hands down...The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for me.

Out of the most recent games that i have played i would say that Mass Effect has some awesome song in it.

But theres no beating the Fallout 3 soundtrack.

I just wondering if anyone else felt that the Oblivion and Fallout 3 music tracks had some fairly big simularities.

All the Perfect Dark Zero songs (great game, hoping for an announcement of a sequel at E3, Rare has 4 'Secret' Projects at the moment)

And the Metal Gear solid 2 theme.
And lastly the fight with the Necromancer on Castle Crashers (Second to last boss)

I'm not really a music person.
