Crysis 2 on PC. Runs great. (1600x900 using the Extreme specs option).

Either you have a really good computer, or Crysis 2 isn't useful as a spec benchmark like the first game was. :chin:

I can run the original Crysis at 1600x900 on Enthusiast settings, but it's 15 FPS slower than Crysis 2. Yeah, Crysis 2 isn't a very good spec benchmark for how good a computer runs. Having played all three versions of Crysis 2 (PC, 360, PS3), it's disappointing that the graphics of Crysis 2 on PC aren't much better at all than the other versions. That's what you get for trying to make a game that was originally PC-only multiplatform. Had Crytek stuck to having Crysis 2 be PC-only, it probably would have become the new spec benchmark in which to judge a PC's power.

I bought 'Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon' for the Wii and put it in my stack of unplayed games.

Barely ever play the games, anymore. :/ Just buy them when they go down in price and put them in my stack that gets bigger and bigger...

^^ Greetings everyone,

I believe that I have ordered the happy game named Fallout: New Vegas for my computer approximately one week in the past, and I believe that perhaps this little friend shall arrive for me during tomorrow.

It kind of depresses me that I haven't purchased anything since the pre-orders I mentioned in my other post in this thread - Dawn of War II: Retribution and Dragon Age II.

I'm hoping to find a way to swing Witcher 2 in the near future, however.

Just bought Sanitarium, The Longest Journey, and Dreamfall. 8) Along with Fallout 2 and Planescape: Torment that I just bought, and some other games, I'll have plenty to do when I'm going a week without internet next week. D:

Steam Summer sale took my money but in return I bought:
Port Royale 2
Deus Ex GOTY (I own physical copy somewhere and it's lost)
Children of the Nile Enhanced Edition + Alexandria
Just Cause 2 + all DLC
Star Wars Empire at War Gold

I recently bought Homefront. It is only an OK game. Not the greatest. I also have to buy Bioshock again because I lost the key to install it on my computer. Today on Steam its only $5 anyways so not a big loss. I like games on Steam better anyways. it is just easier to have everything in one place. They are currently having their summer sale and its just like their Christmas sale. Two huge sales a year. They have other smaller ones throughout the year as well. I also bought Duke Nukem recently and it got horrible reviews. I only bought it because I have been waiting however long its been since development started. Over 12 years!

Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I got a giftcard, they didn't have Glory of Heracles and I thought... why not?

^^ Greetings everyone. I believe Steam creates very many lovely little offers. I feel very evil as I happily purchased very recently the happy games:

Braid
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Fate of the World
Fallout New Vegas: Honest Hearts (I believe this happy content was not blessed a special little offer when I purchased him)

^^ I believe that Braid is a very beautiful game.

I'm waiting for the 19f to get the next one as well. Apparently there's some issues with Honest Hearts which should be patched around then.
I quite liked Dead Money.

Have managed to avoid purchasing owt in this round of Steam sales so far.

*I friggin' hate the constant misuse of "awhile" for all instances (instead of only those ones where it makes sense) of "a while" in F:NV. It's like having my eyeballs stabbed with sharp stabby things every time.

I got Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness a couple of days ago and I'm loving it. :D (Though it's just adding to my impressive video game backlog...)
