My favourite is Boo (the white - sometimes pink and sometimes has a crown - ghost who's in a lot of Mario games)
I also like Mario (who doesn't, really?), Link, Gardevoir (my favourite pokemon), and Blaze.

5. Jim Raynor - Starcraft (supposedly Starcraft II as well)
I liked the role that Raynor plays, being able to retain a moral compass throughout the game even as he gets betrayed multiple times by almost everyone around him (I would not have the patience for that s**t)...

4. Sovereign - Mass Effect
Aside from being a fitting tribute to the works of HP Lovecraft, Sovereign is also possibly the greatest video game villain in its own right.

3. Three Dog - Fallout 3
I couldn't play Fallout 3 without having my radio tuned to Galaxy News Radio. It completely changed the game experience from a drab Oblivion clone with added FPS elements into one of the best games I have ever played.

2. HK-47 - Kotor and Kotor 2
Meatbag. 'Nuff said...

The biggest aspie of any video game character, ever. When I was 12 years old, he was the only video game character I could truly identify with.

A few people are mentioning Dragon Age charcters, so I guess I too will say my favorite from the game, tough call, but I guess Alistair I like his humour, it has been unlike some past Bioware games he gets sarcasm (at least he wont get angry if I sarcasticly say I am a Wookie), his humour is actualy very simular to my own, too many people don't understand sarcasm and it is reasuring to see it in a game character.

Well, my favorite characters are Ratchet and Clank from the game called, well, Ratchet and Clank. xD
