Also I hope this universe branches out to China.I would be interested to see their challenges to rebuilding as they were hit by the nukes as well. Does China become a fragmented country of smaller political fifedoms as is usually the case when the central government breaks down. (on this note, in reality, when the Communist Party of China disintegrates, It's not going to be pretty. It'll be for the common Chinese, just another dynasty passing.

As I recall the Chinese feature in Fallout3, so there is no reason, background-wise why they shouldn't pop up elsewhere. (Though I imagine there is some reason why this wouldn't fit the "world" anyway.)
