Actually, the easiest boss to beat is in Earthworm Jim 2 (I haven't played it but I've read about it). To beat Bob the Fish, all you do is grab him and eat him.

I've already mentioned my hardest bosses.

Wrong, the easiest boss to defeat is the final boss on Incredible Hulk for the NES. He just stands there, in front of the end of a ledge, so you walk up to him and punch him off the ledge and you've beaten him. Mind you this is the big boss of the game, his under bosses were much more difficult than he was.

Wrong again!
I still think that award should go to the Dark King from FF: Mystic Quest.
For the big bad boss guy, all it takes is a phoenix down to kill him.

Yeah I think I'll agree with Emperor Ing and Spider Guardian from MP 2. They gave me hell the first few times fighting them. Omega Pirate on hard mode was also a royal pain.

Or Yu Yevon. Admittedly it takes forever to get to 'Zombie' on the sphere grid, but it was still too easy. Although, if you want the absolutely easiest final boss, it'd have to be The Master from Fallout. You didn't even have to battle him - just a short conversation to trick him into killing himself.

I don't even know if Yu Yevon can be considered a final boss. I mean... there's no way to lose that fight. Just like the "final duel" battle with Sephiroth at the end of FFVII. It's not even a real battle. More of an event really...

First run through dead rising (ie. before you've levelled Frank up much), 3rd encounter with Carlito (in the underground bit). I'm STILL stuck on this one. Keeps blowing up my motorbike then running me over when I try to get to the next bomb on foot - tried hiding from him and shooting him lots, I emptied a whole SMG clip and two Rifle clips into his head and he STILL had 2/3 of his health left.

I take that back. Turns out that all you have to do is wait until he crashes then hack the crap out of his van with a sword.

Last Albedo battle in Xenosaga 2. He WANTS to be killed. He won't LET you lose. He's tired of his semi immortality.

Well I'll say Albedo put up a better fight than Yu Yevon at least. At most his battle music was better than Yevon's.

In Mega Man 2, in Dr. Wily's lair, when you have to use the Crash Bombs to destroy those cannons.

Falcon Slash and Multi Heal are your friends. Use them lots. Rely on *insert name you gave main character here* as a healer rather than an attacker if he's killing your team too fast. If Yangus has helm splitter, that's a good one to go with, and it's worth getting Angelo to cast Buff on everyone at the very start. Give Jessica a couple of Yggdrasil leaves so she can revive your healers if somehow they both die in one turn - to be honest, it's all she's good for in this fight. If you've increased her skill with Daggers enough, give her a Zombiesbane so she can do some decent damage. Golden rule - try and make sure that your team members return to full health at the start of every one of your turns, even if this means using up Hero AND Angelo's turns. If MP gets low, it's handy to give Yangus some MP replenishing items - he won't have to use them very often, so it won't interrupt his offensive too much.

Another particularly hard boss to beat is Quadraxis, I spent ages trying to boost off the legs and on to the head while using Spider Ball. I didn't realise you had to shoot him enough first.

I'm not sure if this counts, but legendary Pokémon Uxie is extremely difficult if your trying to capture him. Whereas I caught Azelf with ease, Uxie broke out of every ball I threw at it. So, if your trying to capture it, then Uxie makes an extremely tricky boss, even though it is only Lv50.

i always get a message "i can only give you 1 yggdrasil leaf at i time" from the market girl, and i can't find out where they drop, i don't have multi heal, and i focused all Jessica's points on sex appeal and whips =(

EDIT: also, i am on the first fight, where he splits himself into 3, are there any other Dhoulmagus fights?

Hmm, I think I must be thinking of the wrong bit, then. Anyway, the trick to getting 2 yggdrasil leaves is simple - stick one in your alchemy pot, buy another, then open the pot before it's done. I think you can mix them with magic water.

Hardest boss ever?

Ultima Weapon from FFVIII

Light Pillar on all 3 of your characters at the same time, always 9999 damage :skull: :skull: :skull:

Eventually beat it after about 50 tries..
