My wife and I have been playing since 2004. I have 4 70s, a troll rogue, undead shadow priest, tauren enhancement shaman - my current main, and a draenei enhancement shaman (he's been sitting at the AH on the Exodar for about 8 months - I started him to jam with a friend from work who for some reason stopped talking to me - besides, I felt dirty playing an alliance toon). My wife has 5 70s, an undead warrior, orc hunter, blood elf mage, tauren moonkin druid, and her best toon, a blood elf holy priest - she's by far the best healer I know.

If you're on a PvP server, please tell me you're not one of those people who sits in a lower-level disputed region like Stonetalon, camping the graveyard so you can kill the lowbies the moment they spawn there. (Really bad experience with a Tauren hunter on Darrowmere - eventually we had to call in our guildmaster and his friend so we could leave the bloody graveyard!)

anyone know where i would have the best chance of getting a skullflame sheild drop????

According to the entry at WoWHead, the "best" chance is from the Firelord, an Elite encounter in Molten Core. Sadly, even that chance is around 0.3% (out of 4032 recorded instances, the shield dropped 12 times). There are other possibilities, but they're even worse...

I saw it drop in Scholo once... and Strat too i think.

It's an epic world drop... it's not really an easy thing to farm...

thanks, it's just that i'm a hobbs wannabe and i kinda need the sheild to do massive AoE and keep aggro, but i don't think the hobbs way of pulling would be easy now because of the new talents because of they way the tree is set out, but if i have no joy with the sheild i'll just wait till i can get the petrified lichen guard.

Finally moved on to Outland about the same time Wrath came out... odd timing, really. Though I'll have to head back to get thorium for jewelcrafting...

Also, I think there should be a mini fel reaver pet.

I've been playing WoW a lot since late 2007, with some extended breaks. I have a level 80 Dwarf Hunter, Edgey, on Turalyon EU. It's the first MMORPG I've ever played and I really like it. The best part about it is the huge world with so many little things hidden in it.

My main is Okirion (Khaz Modan-US, horde), a 73 resto shaman. My second highest non-DK is a 35 balance druid named Maragi (Moon Guard-US, horde). Anyone play on either of these servers? (or Underbog Alliance for that matter, I have a DK on there)

These are my characters: Eochu, Taah, Odinthunder, Loucetius, Nihaa.

Do anyone here have any comments on these characters?

I will begin to play WoW again in the future with these characters, but at the present I'm spending time doing other things.

I play on the following EU-servers:

The Sha'tar:

- Schyy - Gnome warlock
- Varjokissa - Nelf rogue
- Scythia - Human warrior
- Shangriah - Draenei shaman
- Tycha - Belf Mage

Moonglade:

Adumbra - Gnome rogue
Necinferi - Undead rogue

Khadgar:

Rainy - Belf DK

Like irl, I'm pretty ambiverted ingame - sometimes I find it a blast to go instances or casual questing with friends where as other times I'm a real irritative sourpuss who wants to bite the head off anyone who dares to suggest grouping up =P

...oh well, I'm decent and civil about it nevertheless, so please, if someone plays on those servers, feel free to look me up, usually I think it's just nice if someone wants to get to know me or hang out with me so deep down I won't mind, even in the case that I'd be having a bad day ;)

I tried to play that many times, even in trial, but I think it's too hard. Plus I don't like spending on money. Maybe I should go back and play it or not?
What do you think?

I found it confusing in the beginning too as it was a completely new style of game for me, but my ex who's played it for some years now (and who introduced me to it) was there and gave me good pointers (I still turn to him if I have any questions), he created new characters when I did so that we could quest and level together when I felt like it, and that made it a whole lot easier for me to integrate into Azeroth. Maybe you have a friend who could be there with you in the beginning at least so that you'd get used to it? Maybe someone on this forum could do that? Where do you live? There are at least a European and a US-server, but I don't know if Australians have their own or if they share theirs with either of the other two. Aussie WoWers? Please enlighten us? :P

I've been playing WoW since August of 2006. For most of that time, I've been involved with a pretty awesome guild (Clan Seppuku), on Dalaran. My guild I can honestly say is probably one of the best on our server due to us being a more mature group of people (most of us are in the 25-35 age range, and we even have a couple of members in the over-50 category). And of course, another reason I play is because $15 a month for entertainment is about as cheap as it gets for the single guy on a budget.

I currently have 2 level 80 toons, Arshaanus (Tauren Shaman - my full-time healer) and Irithaan (Blood Elf Rogue - my melee DPS). Both have recently started doing Heroic Dungeons in Wrath of the Lich King, and the shammy has made two runs into Naxxramas.

I also have Kurshaantu (70 Orc Hunter), Talisaan (40 Undead Warlock), and Akindaar (58 Blood Elf Death Knight - yes, Death Knights are sick!) I also have a 27 Undead Warrior (Erikaan) on the Gilneas realm, who I keep thinking I need to move to Dalaran so he'll actually get played more than once or twice a year.)

All-in-all, I think it's a good game, but as some have said, it can be a big time-sink (especially if you are in a hardcore raiding guild.) My single biggest criticism is that there is almost TOO much to do. I have been playing my shaman for over two years now, and he still has blank sections of zone maps.)

Also Guild Master of <Pew Pew Pwnage> the *best* guild on Jaedanar-EU ever!
