I used to play WoW for 3 months as a female Warrior but then I quit playing it. It was extremely addictive for me coz the rules are well defined and the rewards are immediately given once you complete a quest, so you "feel really good" about yourself, a sense of progress.

I thought to myself, "isn't there something else that I can do that'd help me more in real life, like learning a language, finding a casual job, reading self help guides or doing programming? " And so that's how I quit.

had a trial one for the 10 day thing but because of college I didn't really get all the hours out of it that I wish I could have. I still managed to get a character all the way to the high teens. He was a gnome thief. I loved running around pickpocketing humanoids then killing them. Absolutely hilarious...but I don't have the money to pay for an official account and none of the private servers seemed any good to me.

Have an 80 human rogue.

And a 42 Night Elf Druid.

Been playing WoW since 06, on and off, and just recently quit for a while after my account was hacked, also the new monitor I recently purchased is an eyesore when playing WoW, and for some reason my video card hates it.

I have been playing for over 5 years now.

I am on Skywall, Dalvengyr, Akama, and Silvermoon

I have:
80 human mage
80 orc Shaman
80 human paladin
79 NE druid
70 tauren druid
70 gnome dk (lolol)
63 ud priest
69 gnome warlock
65 orc warlock

And various sub 50 toons. The only class I have not leveled beyond 10 is a warrior.

I have two of some classes because they are on different types of servers. I no longer play my paladin or tauren druid at all. I do not raid. I did back before BC, but will not again. I only pvp. I'm highly competitive, and still prefer bgs and world pvp to arenas.

I did the old world pvp grind on my mage, but had to stop because it took far too much time. I have many high level toons, but invest less time than people with well geared 80s.

So, yes, I play WoW. lol
