odd twilight princess is one of my favorite zelda games :p
i love the detial of links face... his expressions, the detail of hyrule, its all amasing to me, i noticed things that looked like they were taken from the beta/prototype of zelda 64/ura, very little things tho. like the buildings style and angle at times in hyrule town.

i also like windwaker but i still am confused by the triforce shards nonsense.. found maps... had them readable by tingle...and its just like ...eh i spent hours and hours using the maps and searching with the crane... just get knowhere...cant even find a guide.. nothing.... /

ive never realy played alttp, mainly because how expensive it is, i want to own the original boxed but it goes for insane prices..

Why not play a port now, and get the original when you can afford it? Playing ALttP on Wii is just as much fun as playing it on an SNES.

For me, it was Links Awakening on the Game Boy. From the music, art, humour to the dungeons, puzzles, monsters. Felt it was a well woven part of the Zelda tapestry :)

In 2D: ALTTP.
In 3D: OOT.
Both are very good: good musics, long adventure, many dungeons and places to explore. OOT is a pioneer for all others Zelda in 3D. ALTTP was excellent for its time (playing time, graphics,...).

what about oot for the 3ds? i wasnt that interested for awile... especialy when i found out it was almost completly identical to the original... NO URA content.... ridiclus.. but i played it and liked the new style, and when i completed it being the extreme zelda nerd that i am listening to the credits nearly made me cry... the zelda theme song made me shiver i was that exited... and then i unlocked master quest,, harder now becuase its been mirroerd, that may not sound hard, but when youve played it insanley and gone one way for one thing and another for somthing else its so confusing..its like " no the deku tree is this way"... " ahh the shop isnt that way its this way..."

Irk! That sounds terrible.

I thought it was bad enough when they did that with Twilight Princess. I wasn't very far in the Wii version before switching over to the Cube, but still enough to totally screw with my head in that first village.

yea but its only in oot 3D master quest not the proper game, but it does make it confusing like crazy playing through the whole game then swiching to a flipped image harder version :P

I really hate Zelda II since it doesn't follow the traditional Zelda franchise.
It feels like Final Fantasy with 2D scrolling swordfights.

Yeah, the Master Quest on the GameCube wasn't like that, was it?

MasterQuest on 3DS has 2 big differences compared with GC version:
- Mirrored world.
- Enemies cause twice damage.

Therefore, 3DS version is more difficult.

Otherwise, I like OOT3D. Graphics are very good. This game is better than Phantom Hourglass and Spririt Tracks. I don't like to play the entire game with the stylus.

Oh yeah, that was lame. I wish they would've at least given you the option of using the d-pad to move around, like in Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. There's an Action Replay or whatever code that lets you use the d-pad to move, but it's pretty hacky and doesn't work as well as it could.

So you hate a game because it has different gameplay? Do you hate Paper Mario because it's an RPG rather than a platformer? Also have you ever played a Final Fantasy game? Zelda 2 is nothing like Final Fantasy whatsoever. The easiest way to describe it is the world map is similar to the first Zelda overworld with battles and dungeons similar to Castlevania: SOTN. Now I'm not trying to be rude but get your facts straight before making baseless and ridiculous claims.
