Hey, I might start play WoW with my brother this summer and I want to be either a human mage or warlock. Can anyone give me the pros and cons of each?
Good starting choices.
Mages are more direct than Warlocks when it comes to their spells.
Warlocks can summon demon minions to help out in different kinds of situations.
My first class was a Rogue.
mages can use frost spells that have a chance of freezing their opponents which makes them harder to attack if you're good, warlocks have a simular spell that can make your enemies run away in fear, which would stop them from attacking you for a certain ammount of time.
In later levels warlocks can also make something called soul stones which can be placed on anyone in your party, or yourself. so if you die, or the person you put the soul stone dies they/ you can come back to life. which makes warlocks a great starting class.
