Not really a quote but in Mass Effect 2 when Joker does the robot impersonation late in the game, a little after you recruit a specific NPC.

Baldur's Gate, a dwarf NPC you can recruit has some random lines and one of them is:
"My father was a miner, and my mother was a miner before him!"

No mention of No One Lives Forever 2 yet? One of my favorites for quotes, personally. And wow, so many Lucasarts fans. I like that.

NOLF2 was packed with good stuff, but I haven´t played it in years so I don´t remember any exact quotes. That may have something to do with that the best stuff were more than just one short line.

Hmm, I do remember one of the female ninjas talking about how a skilled ninja could tell which time of day it was by observing the slit of a cat´s eye, and that´s why she always carry a cat with her. Another female ninja then asks her: "Why don´t you just buy a watch?"
Not the best, but obviously memorable enough since it´s still in my head.
