I play video games all day every day and do little else.

I started a new Runescape account recently to see how fast I could get a quest cape and only have 59 out of 181 quests to go.

Two are the ones you need a partner for and I can't find one. I hate those.

I mean the genre in general, though my personal experience has been console and PC RPGs. JRPGs like Final Fantasy have always had a lot of female fans.

I don't play tabletop RPGs so I have no idea how the gender breakdown is there.

Ah, OK. I was just curious to know if it was the games themselves or the social aspects of MMORPGs you were into. I've never been a JRPG fan, but I can really recommend From Software's Souls games. They're a Japansese developer's take on Western RPGs Demon's and Dark Souls. Two of the best games of any genre this gen. Brilliant.

I like killing stuff with big flashy weapons, and exploring the world. =)
Talking to people ingame is cool too, but I'm mostly the type who reads the quests and lore and likes collecting loot and cool-looking gear.

Then seriously, pick up those games I mentioned.

Do it. Do it. Both are amazing, but I'm guessing you have an Xbox. Dark Souls is Demon's Souls' darker, meaner, sparser, less-forgiving cousin.

With a girlfriend like that you must play a lot of games, huh?

You could always search for forums specifically for those things. No guarantee you'll find a girl with AS, but there seem to just as many females on message boards nowadays as there are males.

I dunno. I like RPGs very much but aside from that, I don't game much. Then again, I game less than I used to. *shrug*
