Hey there!

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the audio file for Oblivion?

Specifically...the one where you enter the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary for the first time and the voice says "Welcome Home."

Really want it on my computer for whenever I log in >.>

Probably the easiest way of getting the sound clip is to get a sound recording program like Audacity, and have it running alt tabbed and recording the wave input while you play that part of the game and trimming and saving the recorded sound to get the one you want. I've got the game and I could probably do that for you in a couple of days (it's really not very hard) but its probably easier for you to just do it. Perhaps if you have a save game just before you heard it?

Unfortunately...I play the XBOX 360 version of Oblivion.

I'd love it if you could but you don't need to worry about it if you're busy. Just a little foible of mine.

The voice simply sounds so...epic.
