I feel your pain. The Humble Indie Bundle that's going on right now includes 3 games that I've already bought at full price and now I could have bought them all, plus 3 more games, for a penny.

Downloaded free Portal and finished it today. This portal gun was awesome, would be cool if it was real and i had it, mwahhahaa!! The game should have been longer with even harder levels.

Edit: oh, i noticed there are Bonus maps. Nice!

I downloaded Portal too, am somewhere in the middle. Never bought the game or played it before, until today. Definitely nice being able to get it for free!

Pretty good so far! However, It is not my first experience using the portal gun: I have used it in UT2K4 on a special "Monster Mash" server.

I grabbed it, but I'm waiting to see what the strings are...tried looking all over the site and it didn't say

Got about halfway through it last night, checking out the commentaries...the game plays a bit different now that I know the plat/train beams don't hurt you

I already have the game as part of the Orange Box for the 360, but I grabbed it anyway since it gets me into the source engine and there's plenty of stuff you can do there.

The game is absolutely phenomenal. If the market is going to be over saturated with FPS games, I'd just wish more of them were unique like Portal is.
