I've really been looking forward to playing this game, but given the fact that my parents are quite sensitive when it comes to my exposure to mature content in the media, they'll probably go ballistic once they catch a glimpse of Madison in all the womanly glory God hath given her. I've watched a lot of R-rated films (indeed, I saw most of the Dirty Harry films when I was in third grade), and I've seen a decent amount of breasts in my day.

I beat the game the first day it came out, and there was no rape scene. I do know the game changes a lot depending on how you play though, so it's possible. Anyways, on my playthrough there is male and female nudity (with the male nudity his butt can be seen for quite a long time. No genitals are shown, but glimpses of the pubic area are. With the female nudity, her breasts are fully visible for a lengthy amount of time on numerous occasions, and on one her butt is also seen, again with glimpses of the pubic area, but no full genitals.) A lot of the game is also very intense, and could cause distress in some players. There are a few pretty violent scenes as well. And some language (not over-the-top, but do expect some f-bombs.) One of the main characters is addicted to drugs, and there's also prostitution and suicide. Oh, and there are also a few make-out sessions (heterosexual, and one homosexual.) and a controllable sex scene.
All that being said though, my twelve year old brother absolutely loves the game, I just have him leave the room when I know one of the more sexual scenes is coming up and play through those parts for him.

I heard it isn't that good from another forum I use, that's not to say that you wont like it. Still, if you aren't shocked by violence and sex why not buy it?

So it's okay for him to see drug addicts, prostitution and suicide as well as heavy violence but not a sex scene? Something doesn't make sense...

It's the way we "roll" in Australia as well, it never made sense to me but that's the official version of things. Must be all those religious guys in government...

Yeah, I know Australia has a reputation for being pretty strict with its censorship. Especially when it comes to video games. I guess it is kind of weird that in America (and a few other countries, such as Australia apparantly) nudity and sexuality are much more likely to be censored than violence, while in most of the world it's the other way around. I guess it doesn't make much sense, but when people are told all their life "This is considered obscene," it's hard to get out of that mindset.
