Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald

I like playing Pokemon Ruby. I'd like to get Diamond, but I haven't had the $ to get many new games. I like the contests in this game. My favorite Pokemon is Absol, it's cute because it's sort of a cat-fox mix. My Absol has his original moves, and has still won contests and 2 or 3 ( I think Beauty, Cool, and something else) he won every ribbon. Other pokemon I like are Lunatone, Delcatty, Suicune (another favorite) Mew, Tangela, Delibird.

What Pokemon is/are your favorite and what parts of the game do you like?

I love Ghost, Ice, Steel, and Water types myself.

I love Poke'mon that you can link to real life legends or lore.

Like Froslass is based on a Yuki-onna a ice spirit that looked like a women.

I havent played any of the games for a good 5 years now so ive forgotten a lot of what happens. However im getting the urge to have a go on my sapphire game, with the knowledge, or more of lack of knowledge of what i should be doing.

I cant remember a lot of the pokemon from gold/silver or ruby/sapphire (i dont remember much about lunatone, or delibird - ie i couldn't name their types or what they evolve from), and i've never had pearl or emerald but my favourite from red/blue/yellow was probably dugtrio. I don't really know why, though on the game he was very useful.

And probably my favourite part of the game at the moment is that i've forgotten a lot about it, which will make it more of a challenge when/if i start on it again. But apart from that.....well ill tell you in a few weeks!!

Lunatone is Rock/Psychic and Delibird is Ice/Flying; neither have any evolutions/pre-evolutions.

Spheal is the cutest one from those games in my opinion. Kyogre is also one of my favorite Pokémon across all generations.

Indeed Spheal is cute so is Cherubi.

I like the new water starter too.

I don't have a favorite, I tend to use steel / ground / rock types. I like to trade online. I want to "catch" them all.

What part of Michigan are you from OP?

Also I have Sapphire and it is amazing.

Had Ruby once upon a time.. Liked the game, but not too much.
