Do you play any strategy games?
I play wargame style games like Europa Universalis and Victoria but I also like real time ones.

Dawn of War (1 and 2), Supreme Commander, Command and Conquer (all), Starcraft, Warcraft (2 and 3), Demigod (off and on), and many others.

I usually play turn-based strategy games, like the Civilization series or Masters of Orion, but also the more relaxing strategy games like Sim city or simple tower defence games made in flash

Realtime strategy has never really been my thing... I do play them on occasion, but I plain suck at them :D

A good strategy game eventually coming to PC but is already on Xbox live arcade and PSN is Greed corp, it also looks awesome! And it's quite simple to play.

I have difficulties in realtime strategy games too. You have to pay attention on many points at the same time. I just can't do that.

I am the same. Turn-based are the only strategy games I really play. I like war games the most, or historical ones. Paradox games are real-time, but they're more realistic and easier to manage for me than say Starcraft 2 or something. The Master of Orion series are great games, even the third one if you install the fan patches. Two is the best, IMO, though.

Battle Realms
Command and Conquer
Deadlock
Goblin Commander
Master of Orion
Missionforce: Cyberstorm
Stars!
Supreme Commander
etc.

I really don't like strategy games, too difficult to manage everything while having fun especially in the case of RTSes. I haven't even beat the second mission of Supreme Commander.

My personal favorites are the Fire Emblem series, Age of Empires II, and Age of Mythology.

Real-time strategy is a contradiction in terms, pretty much by definition.

I'm a big fan of Starcraft. Would love to play the second but my laptop won't handle it. I still enjoy the first :P

ROFL...sadly I kinda agree. It's more an excersize in multitasking than strategy. There is strategy to it but the best plan in the world doesn't mean jack s**t if you can't manage your economy, factories, and multiple battle fronts at the same time.

I just paid $20 to get Tom Clancy's Endwar on Steam. Unfortunately the graphics are more than what my poor laptop can handle, so unless I can convince my dad to let me DL it on the main computer, it's a waste of $20.

Graphics issues aside, I thought the game looked cool. Basically it's similar to the Command and Conquer series in terms of control, but the kicker is that it has a very streamlined and effective voice recognition system, allowing you to command units by speaking orders into the microphone. I tried the voice trainer and it worked very well even though I have a bit of a slur and I was speaking softly because it was 2 AM and my parents were asleep.

I'm considering asking for the Xbox 360 version for Christmas.

I prefer turn based strategy like Master of Orion, Jagged Alliance, Valkyria Chronicles and Advance Wars, but more recently I've been playing Starcraft 2.

I've played a few, but the only one I have currently is starcraft 2, although there is a strategy game out there (name eludes me) but the premise was unique you have the ability to shift through time, able to change things in the past which will change things in the present , which is interesting to say the least.

I love strategy games. I was into RTS w/ Age of Empire series including Mythology. I went back to play some turn based ones and some surprisingly good ones at that. I like the fantasy themes so, I've been playing Heroes of Might and Magic 4 and Age of Wonders. Both very good games if u like fantasy themed games. I know Good Old Games has a nice little collection of some strategy games that are DRM free.
