Im setting up a game server under the same name I did (from about 2 years ago now).
Im going to start it up again.
The problem is, the person who DDOSed my server is still on this game.
Im worried he will just come back and do it again.
If he does, if I contact the support team of my servers provider will they want legal action?
If so, would I have to hand over any personal info?
I know this much, He will be back.
No doubt about it.
