Let this become the thread to post awesome-looking game trailers.

IMO http://www.gametrailers.com/ is the best site to find these.

I'll start off with a few. First off is the incredible E3 2006 15-minute long trailer for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

It can be found in normal and HD versions here (though I'm afraid you'll have to supply your own towels to clean up your drool):

Next, here's one that looks very fascinating indeed, called Heavy Rain. I have no idea what the game itself will be like, but it's from the guys who did the pretty good (if slightly disappoinging and overly minigame-ridden) adventure game Indigo Propechy. I really love this trailer, though, because here we have a female character who isn't really attractive, and puts on a performance--here, finally, it seems we have a game focusing on characters and emotion. Now let's hope there are less Simon Says type minigames this time.

Next we have...ZOMBIES!! This game, Dead Rising, looks pretty disguisting, but awesome. Best zombie killing simulator yet?

This one's Bullet Witch...could be allright:

Next up is Eight Days, a very slick-looking new action game...pretty amazing graphics and animation:

Here's the E3 2006 trailer for the (episodic) new Sam and Max game series...WHY must they be episodic?

Feel free to post any ones that catch your eye.

Final Fantasy XII, English trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_r0L6gkb ... %20english

It's not very well put together for a trailer IMHO, but it's the only English one out there to my knowledge. There's better Japanese ones to be found though.

And Rogue Galaxy, which is the upcoming game made by the same people who made the Dark Cloud games and Dragon Quest VIII: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PP7YUPX ... e%20galaxy

I haven't heard of Okami before, but it does sound interesting. I'll have a look at the trailer for it.

Yeah, I've been watching Okami's development for quite some time now and I have to say that I have never been this excited for a game in a while. It almost looks as if you are playing a game from Hiyao Miyazaki.

Here are some more games I'm looking forward to:

Castlevania: Potrait of Ruin -- http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?fs=1&id=2699

John Woo Presents Stranglehold (I just watched Hard Boiled yesterday and it was one of the BEST action movies I've ever seen) -- http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?fs=1&id=1739, and http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/j/johnwoopresentsstranglehold/

Lost Planet (Be sure to check out the demo on xbox live, it's pretty good) -- http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?fs=1&id=2288

Does anyone else find it a little bizarre that Sqeenix is pimping the next FF when the most recent one (XII) hasn't even been released in the states yet?

A truly awesome new "tech demo" for a next-gen Star Wars game:

"Mass Effect," Bio-Ware's next-gen RPG...drool:

"The Witcher" looks like a pretty damn great RPG, too!

This game, "Rule of Rose," looks very twisted but very intriguing....
