When does the 2011 fiscal year start for Nintendo???

I was waiting til it started to turn in a bunch of games I bought back in March and April(including 3DS games as well as Black and White and a new copy of Wii TP)

Well, according to this, the 2010 fiscal year ended March 31st, so if fiscal years work anything like normal years, 2011 started on April 1st, but I know absolutely nothing about that crap. :P Why exactly do you need to wait for it to start to trade in games?

Not trade in games, but do the surveys for Nintendo branded games & products on the Club Nintendo website. I want to be able to have a **** TON of points to put towards going for a Platinum member status =D
