I have no words to express how great this game looks. With Sonic 4 and Sonic Colors, Sega proved that there is still hope for the Sonic series.

Poor sonic..his time had come long ago but he just wont go into the night....and making him work for the system that killed him..ouch?

i saw this and i can't believe what i saw they are reverting sonic back to his older look... why in the freaking hell are they doing that!?

not only is his newer look more pleasing to the eye, he now doesn't have the freaky black eyes like some demon on a haunting, and his body is more in line to something that can break the sound barrier his quills make him have less wind resistance being longer and not shorter.

i'm not watching the video i'm already pissed at the concept enough.

let me guess he can't stop on a dime in that game, great...

and it's another 2d\3d, the sole reason i sucked at sonic unleashed, is the 2d parts, not to mention the button commands that i was never able to do. i'm sorry but i cannot do a button dance at 100 miles an hour. if the button commands and 2d parts weren't in the game i could have played it just fine.

i also cannot block or dodge in action games period, i just can't react fast enough.

Actually, both versions of Sonic will be playable. Apparently, Modern Sonic travels to the past and joins Classic Sonic in another adventure. You get to play as both of them: Classic Sonic in the 2D levels from the Genesis games and Modern Sonic in the 2D/3D levels from the current games.

I wonder if the same the same is going to happen to Eggman...

interesting so like a back to the future time travel concept, i still won't be able to play it thanks to the 2d, why can't modern sonic be in 3d stage, i hate it when the view flips from behind to beside like that because once i would hit a 2d part in sonic unleashed i would die so much it was pathetic yet i was fine in the 3d parts.

I have memories of playing Sonic Mega Collection on the Gamecube (I'm only 15, never got to play the original) and I currently own Sonic's Sega Genesis Collection, but the games aren't real favorites. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to this. Sega has at least been trying and it certainly shows!

Between White Spacetime (PS360) and Blue Quest (N3DS), I'm leaning to WSt. Can't wait for that Classic Demo on XBL!
Oh, and there's a rumored PSVita version. Jade Destiny, much?

Though I will indeed nab BQ if this Christmas gives me a 3DS.
