Metroid, since they are classics. Dead Space is brilliant but it cannot quickly win over all those great times I spent on the Metroid games. :D

Metroid. It partially inspired Shantae.

No, really. I'm dead serious, bruh.

I haven't played Dead Space, but I've SEEN Dead Space 2 when some friends brought it to Church for the weekly youth meeting. It just didn't seem scary, but they assured me it did, so I don't know... :? (Couldn't be scarier than Penumbra or its spiritual successor, Amnesia: The Dark Descent) I HAVE however played Metroid and loved it! I prefer the classic side-scrolling Metroid games over the Prime spin-offs, but their both great. :)

I've never played Dead Space (except for the rail-shooter spinoff for Wii), but I don't see how any game could be better than Metroid.

I don't like Dead Space. It's boring. That being said, it's better than Metroid (even if you enter justin bailey at the Password screen).

Super Metroid and Metroid Prime, however... well, I'll just tell you that Dead Space doesn't even come close to ever being as good as those games.
