Does anyone else play Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3? I've played all three versions (Persona 3, Persona 3: Fes, and Persona 3 Portable) and out of the three, I'd have to say that P3P was the best (The Answer wasn't that good of an add-on, in my opinion). What do you like about Persona 3, if you like it?

And no, I haven't played Persona 4, if you guys are wondering.

I liked the answer...It showed that even in death the oprion we took was beyond our darkest dream.

Yeah, awesome game. I got an awesome model of Mitsuru a few years ago (the comic shop was having a random clearout, so I got it nice and cheap).

I got P3 first, then traded it when FES came out...not really interested in buying a third time though.

We kinda already have a Shin Megami Tensei thread, but yeah, it's awesome.

the answer requires a lot of stratagy. i mean more than the main game because the enemies are just so hard and can easily kill you. it was ok but too frustrating to really be replayable

persona 3 portable has minor changes to gameplay like letting you control everyone's actions.

you get boss rematches against the full moon bosses and you can fight Elizabeth's sister

the main appeal is that you can play as a girl and social link's are different if you do

you get junpei, akihiko, ken, shinji, and koro. you can have any of them as a lover, except junpei i think, and you can save shinji

oh and you can't have koro as a lover either because human and a dog...O_o

i think that alone is worth it, just to see the new social links

on the other hand, we no longer have anime-style cutscenes which has to take getting used to.

so in short, i love person 3. it's the only persona game i ever played though

I spent almost 150 hours on Persona 3 Fes. It was awesome! But I liked P4 even more.
