It hasn't aged well.

Are you playing it on the Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii, or 3DS? I have a Zelda collectors disc for Gamecube which includes OOT.

In a deleted scene from Pulp Fiction, there's a line that states that music-wise, there are Elvis-people or Beetles-people. I think gamers are the same way, being that they're either Mario-people or Zelda-people.

Admittedly, I'm more of a Mario-person.

I'm both. We have two dogs...one is named Toad, the other is Tetra. :D

OoT is a good game, but there are just some things about it that are sub-par. For example, does everyone remember that Water Temple? The Iron boots being Gear was not a smart move. This was fixed in the 3DS version, along with other things, but I wonder what made them think that making an item that you need to take on and off repeatedly throughout the course of a dungeon a Gear item was a good idea.

OoT has aged well. i still play it on an emulator with updated texture packs people have created. i also like this hack that was created, Zelda's Birthday

the 3ds version is just a simple port of the game, no matter how much nintendo tries to pass it off as a remake. i don't feel like paying $40 for a 13 year old game

Oot 3D is the reason I plan on getting a 3DS this month.

Zelda Ocarina of Time is a timeless game (no pun intended.) It never gets old. :D It's truthfully a great game, and always will be.
