So what do you think the worst video game system of all time is?

Hands down it has to be the Virtual Boy and it ironically came from Nintendo, known for making things that are so much better. I mean, VB is soooo bad, you could hardly tell what you are doing. Black and red graphics. The walls in one game I couldn't tell whether they were openings or walls. WTF? And then this tennis game? I couldn't hit the ball. So Nintendo's first 3d system was a big big big fail.

Computer.

I would say the Wii, but its not the worst its only bad. I mean for some games you have to move along with the characters in the game, and the balance board idea is the holy grail of failed controllers. Well actually the Wii is only bad when it comes to those things but other then that its great. So for the WORST system ever I would say Gameboy color.

Pong.

Well, the N64 is kinda bad. The games aren't bad by any means but the controller is a nightmare.

The N-Gage.

Anything made by Apple with game-playing functionality. In fact, anything made by Apple period.

To make it fair, I'm basing my idea of "worst" on several different factors (which of course results in different systems).
Worst Timing: Colecovision (good system that came out right before The '83 Crash)
Worst Third-Party Lineup: Sega Master System
Worst Price Tag (cartrage): Neo-Geo
Worst Price Tag (disc): 3DO (at least the PS3's tag came down while it was still relevant)
Worst Hardware: Virtual Boy
Worst Last-Ditch Effort: Atari Jaguar
Worst Launch Date: Sega Saturn (unexpectedly changed their date to beat the PS1 to shelves)

Anyone here remember the Action Max? I remember a friend's parents having that when I was 8, couldn't figure out for the life of me what it was. Truly strange...

What's with the middle part of the controller? It kind of reminds me of a nunchuck fused in the center of an already oversized controller. There are excellent games for it though.

PS3 it doesn't have Halo,Fable,Gears of war 2,Saints row 1 etc

I agree with you on the Wii, but those games you mentioned are exclusives.

Not that the PS3 doesn't have any awesome exclusives itself.

The PS3 has its own taste and own games. It has free online. can play blu rays. and simple interface.

The 360 has 11 year old boys that trash talk. the same game in different packages and the red ring of death.

man, I've been witness to that on 360. whew. on ps3, I've had little experience with online play, but what little I had was good. Really, I kinda gave up on multiplayer except with friends I know.

I've been a victim of the RROD on my 360, but I was fairly satisfied with the response time it took to get it replaced. If it ever happens again though, I might just scrap it and get the newer model w/ the internal hard drive.
