I recently got back into this, especially since I got rid of the xbox version in favor of the ps3 version which has a better d-pad. Anyways, I love getting back into these old games and saving anywhere I want, because after all. Those games, most of them, didn't have saves and were exceptionally hard. I played Sonic 3D Blast a bit. Not bad. I really like the old Sonics better and I actually did alright on Shinobi III. Maybe I'll get into some Streets of Rage later. This generation of systems seems to be all about bringing back the classics. I hope this trend continues. Nintendo's been the biggest on this so far.

Sonic 3D Blast is okay, but I wish we'd gotten Sonic Xtreme. :(

I mostly had the collection to play the Shining Force games and the Streets of Rage games.

I wish Capcom would make a third collection of their games.

I bought this collection new earlier this year since it's only $20. The Genesis games are some of the only Sonic titles I've never played through which was the main reason I got it. I had a SNES instead of a Sega Genesis back in those days.

I own the 360 version. Although this compilation is decent, I have some gripes with it. First off, Sega should have included Bare Knuckle III instead of Streets of Rage 3. The Japanese version is infinitely better than that censored trash that is the American/PAL version. Same goes for Dynamite Headdy. Speaking of Dynamite Headdy, if Sega included one of Treasure's games, it should have been Gunstar Heroes or Alien Soldier. And what's with the inability to change your controls via each game's Option Menu? Why does it take you to a seperate, master control menu for the entire collection? But yeah, GRAND UPPER!! !

I own Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection and I enjoy it. I wish they would do an enhanced collection for all the Sega CD games.

I'd love to have a Sega CD collection as long as it had Final Fight CD and Shining Force CD in it. Sonic CD with the option to switch between soundtracks would be great too.

Final Fight CD = WIN. Capcom should have used Final Fight CD's music for Final Fight: Double Impact. If Sega made a Sega CD collection, it should also include Snatcher and both Lunar games.

I grew up with the Genesis so I knew I had to get it. I mainly got it for the Sonic and Phantasy Star games. I don't think Street Fighter 2, RoboCop Versus the Terminator or Batman Returns is on it though? Would have liked to play those again.

RoboCop Versus Terminator is better on the SNES. So is Batman Returns.
