I just discovered this great indie developer called Freebird Games. You can download the game Quintessence: The Blighted Venom for free and it is a lot like a fantasy version of Mother 3! They also have a new game called To the Moon, in which you must enter into a dying man's mind to alter his memories so that he can live out his dying wish and half of the proceeds from the (amazing) soundtrack go towards charities for autism. Their mission is as follows:

Although not officially rated, they self-rated Quintessence T for Teen and To the Moon got an 8/10 from Gamespot, where you can read their review.
