The title is exactly what I'm talking about, I own a lot of PS1 and PS2 games but I own only the PS2 game system, I also own a PSP and a Nintendo DS Lite, I've been into playing video games a lot but I wouldn't really call myself a gamer because I give up on playing games so fast when I can't beat certain levels or certain parts of games, I've mostly been playing the Pokemon games for DS and I have Pokemon: Black and Pokemon: White, I beat them both, but the thing that I'm stuck on is trying to capture Pokemon that are like event Pokemon such as Zorua and Zoroark and Landorus, I'd need like two DS Lites to actually transfer certain Pokemon from other games so I can fill up my pokedex and that's something I don't have, I only have one DS Lite so I'm stuck, I can't even beat Heart Gold or Soul Silver, I've beaten Pearl and Platinum using cheats and I collected every single Pokemon on Pearl and Platinum using cheats, sadly, I can't find working cheats for Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Black, and White, so, I stopped playing, I haven't played any of my games in like a long long time, I've also been into the Tekken games and the Final Fantasy games, but, like I said, I'm not much of a gamer because I give up playing so easily when they get tough for me to beat.

I have an:

a)XBox 360
b)PSP
c)Game Boy (don't have the charger)
d)DS (no stylus)
e)DSi

When there's a level on a game that I can't pass, I either leave it alone for a while or I go look for walkthroughs.

Yeah, I hear you there, but I don't bother to look for walk throughs I look more for cheats and codes to make things easier, either that or I just give up fully and completely on playing games, I've got a DS Lite with two styluses, I don't have an XBox 360 or a DSi, but I got a PSP, like I said, I'm not much of a big gamer, I don't get addicted to games and I don't play them for hours to days to weeks on end, I used to be addicted to World of Warcraft, I'd play from the morning I woke up to the time I go to bed but I stay up real late playing until the next morning and I don't sleep until like a couple hours later after playing than after I got my sleep, I woke up and it was back on the computer to play World of Warcraft rest of the day onto the very very late night, I don't do that anymore though because I no longer have a computer and my World of Warcraft accounts are on hold until I can pay for them again and until I can get a computer again to start playing but I won't become addicted, I'd only play it for like an hour or two, lol

MakaylaTheAspie, do you play any of your video game consoles and has there ever been a time where if you couldn't beat certain parts in games you would stop playing them for a while or at least try to find walk throughs or cheats to help you beat those games you were stuck in

Playstation 3
PSP 1000
Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo Gamecube
Playstation 2
GBA SP - it does fold up, Jetfox.
Do have PS1 stuff but not console

If I was stuck, I would use a walkthrough. If there was something that is near impossible without cheats or codes then I would use that method.

PastFixations, I agree there, I've mostly been trying to use cheats, either that or I try to beat games the hard way without walk throughs or cheats and if I can't beat then than I just stop playing for a long while, and you know, I've never really been into PS3 or XBox 360, they've never been my kind of game consoles, I own a lot of PS1 games as well but not the console itself, I even own a PS1 memory card and a PS2 memory card, but, like I said, I've got a PS2, a PSP (original), and a Nintendo DS Lite, that's all I got for game systems, it's always fun to play video games

I have

1. Xbox 360
2. PS3
3. PS2
4. Gamecube
5. N64
6. DS lite
7. Gameboy Color (don't know why I still have this)

I use a walkthrough if I'm absolutely stuck, I usual try to figure things out by myself. I'm a really big gamer, so I try to finish every game I play. I certainly try finish every game I get for the 360 and PS3, I'm a little bit of what some would call an "achievement whore".

Wow, nice to know what kinds of game systems everyone has, I guess I'm out of the loop when it comes to PS3 and XBox 360 since I don't care much for those kinds of game systems, i've always been only into PS1, PS2, PSP, and Nintendo DS Lite, I'm not really a big fan of PS3 or XBox 360, but that's just me, everyone has their own likes and dislikes, to each their own, I guess

Not really, I'd just keep trying to look for a way to get past those parts, and then kick myself because the solution turned out to be so simple. xD

wow, my gameboy still works, had that since i was 4, the right side of the screen is chopped off, i'm guessing it is dying or the screen is. hard to play tetris because you can't see the level number, score, or lines.

i have 2 psps i got 1000 first and when i found the 3000 could hook up to the tv i was sold, it was impossible to record game footage off the screen. and nearly all or most of my music videos use game footage that i record and capture myself and having more footage makes making a video easier.

i was going to turn in the 1000 but i'd only get 30$ out of it, i put 200+ in it so i keep it as a backup, it's also handy when leveling materia in crisis core, which does not require input. or i can play music on one and a game in the other.

i'd still have my n64 if i hadn't sold it, i now use the emulator in it's place.

but my mom doesn't want me getting another console mostly because i have a truckload as is, it's impossible to hook them all to one tv, unless i had my dad's 7 inputs, i'll take it. :)

i literally have a story to go with just about all of them, the gamecube was replaced, spilled something on it and had to pry the lid open with a knife to get my sa2 battle disk out, took a bit of strength on my part, to part with it.

but i used to be all nintendo fan till they made the wii, my bro was all for sony.

You played WoW? I used to, but I never bothered to download the software (and pay $20 for a subscription).

I also had a PS2, but I broke it when it wouldn't play my game (hit it with a mallet multiple times... turns out it was the wire...too late now).

Yeah, I'm just going to agree with everyone here that responded to my replies, lol, mostly because I don't know what to say, when I used to own a computer, I used to play WoW, Spore, and Sims 2, plus a little bit of GaiaOnline and SecondLife but that was it when it came to online games, I don't own a computer anymore so i've been doing all my online surfing on my iPhone 3Gs 8GB, the only online game I can go on is GaiaOnline, and as for WoW, I just think it's ridiculous how you gotta pay like $20.00 a month to keep playing for a year, I mean, it's good that they have a new expansion and all but still, just to play for a year and pay $20 a month, that's crazy, at least I didn't have to do that with Spore and Sims 2, didn't have to pay monthly subscriptions for a year, can play freely all you gotta do is buy the extra expansions, and with me and, let's say, games for DS Lite or something, I'd be looking for cheats as much as I can if I can't beat them the hard way, either that or I'd stop playing them all together, with my PS1 and PS2 games, using have walk throughs or cheats so I'm stuck playing them and trying to beat them the hard way, but half the time I give up and just stop playing all together, same with my PSP games, no cheats, no walk throughs, if I can't beat them, I give up.

You hit a poor, defenseless console with a mallet? The poor thing. Revenant does not hurt his concoles...my own, my love...my precious...

Just kidding, I'm not really like that :)
