Favorite/most hated race/opponent in Oblivion/Skyrim

For me...
Oblivion:
favorite races:
Breton- 50% magic resistance and 50 temporary armor from the start. If handled well, in the late stages of game it almost means invincibility.
Nord- fairly good when building a female warrior (highest strength and good aesthetic view)

favorite opponent:
High Elf mage. Usually done with only one shock.

most hated opponent:
Breton Mage/ Redguard Fighter: One thing is common that you often found you ran out of your magicka/stamina and they still alive.

Skyrim:
favorite races:
still Breton- magic resistance now reduced to 25%, but still a big bonus.
Imperial- seem to be good at making money and building an all-round character. Not sure.

favorite opponent:
Wolves. Good for practicing armor. wolves at Skyrim really seems much weaker.
One handed warrior. They always block until being killed.

most hated opponent:
(more than) two mages. Now their AI definitely improves and they will pursue you and kept shock/fire you until you die, when you retreated.
for fighter oppenents, hate someone using Warhammer. The same in Oblivion.

Favorite: Breton, 25% resist + 25% from lord stone and some more from enchants and I eat dragon fire for breakfast

worst opponent: dragon priest, if I don't have stacked alot of resist their spells hurt alot, and they move backwards faster then I move forward, making melee next to impossible.

Strange is it, I've taken arrows to my arms, legs, chest, head, just about every part of my body, even my face, but then, I took one to the knee.

Oblivion:
Favourite race: Dark Elf, varied skills make them a better choice for indecisive players like myself.
Most hated race: Lizards. Lizards suck at everything other than looking like a dino.
Most hated opponent: Clannfear, very difficult to deal with when you're at a lower level.

Skyrim:
Favourite race: Imperial because you can make them look like Jack Sparrow.
Most hated opponent: Draugr Deathlords or Dragon Priests...

Oblivion:
Favourite race: Khajiit
Most hated race: Altmer
Most hated opponent: Mudcrbs not because their tough but cause they are annoying as F**k
especially when your trying to do something like sleep or fast travel and their in the grass nearby and you cant see em til your right on them
Skyrim:
Favourite race: Khajiit
Most hated race: Altmer-the Thalmor in particular
Most hated opponent: Mages

I haven't played Skyrim much yet.

In Oblivion, with the 'auto leveling' dungeons, I ended up with everything being goblin warlords. Goblins are annoying as is, fast and hard to hit (as a mage), and then warlords actually have high hp and armor. Actually, endless goblin warlords everywhere made me quit playing.. after 120 hours or so

Plus, how do you have a dungeon full of nothing but warlords? It doesn't actually make any sense.. do they have committee every week or something to figure out what they should 'really' do, or uh. Am I overthinking this.. nah

I'd be playing Skyrim now, but I took a Star Wars: The Old Republic to the internetz.. someday I'll play Skyrim again.. someday

Oblivion:
Favourite race: Khajiit, Dunmer
Most hated race: -
Most hated opponent: Goblins >.<
Skyrim:
Favourite race: Imperial, nord and Kahjiit
Most hated race: Don't really have any most hated race.
Most hated opponent: Mudcrabs ( annoying as f**k..."you can't travel because there's an enemy nearby"), more than 2 mages of any race and Chaurus. Die.

I couldn't play Oblivion because it made me ill.

Skyrim has a mod that fixes their graphic engines so I dont feel nauseous.

Skyrim:

Favorite race: Khajjit. Night vision, +10 Sneak, +5 Alchemy, Archery, Lockpicking, One-handed AND Pickpocket on TOP of hand-to-hand damage (all others get only 10...if you have unarmed bonus gear it becomes very potent).

Its..perfect

Most hated: none.

Hated opponent: those dang draugurs that can shout and cast spells all at once. grrr.

Dragon priests are ruthless and I don't like fighting them one bit. I've only found one so far and after getting broke off several times I just ran by and grabbed what I needed and ran away like an as*hole

I don't have much opinion on races cause I haven't played the games much prior to Skyrim and am only like halfway thru that, I'm playing Imperial and I have no complaints. I play sometimes when I'm drunk, so the combination of finding extra money and being generally geared towards "balance" has been helpful in the long run.

My favorite race in Skyrim is the one thatlooks like a cat. That's who I'm playing as. And I hate fighting those giant trolls. I just run away. I'm not that powerful yet. I just started playing, got to Whiterun.

favorite races:
Argonian- because lizards are awesome.

favorite opponent:
Anyone I can sneak up on and gank

most hated opponent:
Draugr-too many of them and they are annoying more than anything

redguard, for me because they are natural born warriors.

oblivion and skyrim.

in oblivion my least favorite enemy is those deadric spiders, they send out little ones that paralyze you which i never notice till i'm stiff as board.

duager dreadlords, in skyrim i have no clue why but these guys are bloody strong as heck and they spam shouts like crazy. and i thought the wights were bad.

Favourite race : Khajitt and Nord
Crap race : I'm not a big fan of Wood Elf's or Altemer but I imagine you could have quite a challenge playing as a woodelf seeing as your solely intended for Archer and long distance. Although Archery can be enhanced into a ridiculously powerful attack at the moment (seriously needs balancing out Bestheda!)

Hated Opponent: I've not really got far enough into the game to decide. I really hate those Chictamar insects though.

Favourite: Dragons, I quite enjoy fighting them, particularly in a populated area where you have other people fighting. There needs to be more large scale combat in this game IMO

I've only played Oblivion, so I'm making my list for that game.

Favorite Race: Argonians. Even though I don't play as them very much, I think they're cool just because of the fact that they're lizard people who can swim and breath under water. Plus the females seem to have some skills in magic so that makes them interesting

Least Favorite Race: Redguards. I just don't like them because I read somewhere that they drove the Orcs from their homeland and slaughtered their women and children just so that they could take over their region which didn't rightfully belong to them. Plus they have strong prejudices againt magic and I always play a mage character, so they would probably never like my characters regardless.

Favorite Opponent: Spriggans. I think they're the prettiest of the female monsters in the game and they're half-plant and half-human which is cool, and they can summon bears!

Least Favorite Opponent: Necromancers, because you can never join them.
