One of my greatest video game loves are Adventure games, especially those in which you have a great degree of freedom of choice. I am also big on Fighter Pilot games, whether air- or space-based. My favorite PC game, Freelancer, ties both of these genres together into one game. This is proabaly why i have enjoyed this game so much, it gives you the feel of a Space fighter game and yet the missions are not straight foward and allow you some freedom of choice.

Okay, that's the background info. Now for the reason i posted:

I was messing around on www.lancersreactor.com, the main site for Freelancer, when i spotted a link to the site for a game called Darkstar One. I looked through the game explanations and features, and from the look of it, it's a souped-up, more in-depth version of Freelancer. I want to buy the game, but i'm not sure exactly how good it is. Has anyone else played Darkstar One, and if so, how would you rate the game?
