Favorite Mass Effect 2 characters?

I enjoy every character unlocked so far, with the exception of Zaeed. I think my favorite though would be either Mordin Solus or Garrus, because they have very cool personalities. Garrus is a great sniper as well, and the two work marvelously together.

Personally throughout the entire series for me it's Garrus. All the way, he's a well written, interesting character who has some awesome lines and is genuinely useful through the series.

I have not yet completed the game, but I would choose Garrus, followed by Mordin, followed by Tali. In fact, I recruited Tali a few hours ago, but she was one of my favorite chareacters from ME1. Now I am going to do her loyalty mission.

^^ Greetings SanityTheorist. I believe that all of the characters are very lovely, however perhaps my favourite happy characters are Legion, Tali and Mordin Solus.

My favorite character is Tali, followed by the Shepherd I created and crafted through all three games, then Garrus.

Holy plot twist! BioWare really surprised me with Legion. Since I was playing Mass Effect 1 (a few days ago), I entertained the possibility of his species being more than the "legion of evil" that was shown in the game, but I did not actually expect it to be true. "Shepard-Commander" is now one of my favorite video game quotes.

Mordin!! ! He's my favorite fictional character atm. Other favorites from ME2 are Grunt and Legion!

Indeed, it's amusing and adorable!

And the ones from the first game I didn't already rate;
Wrex - 4½

Kaidan - 0
Ashley - 0

Legion and Thane. Samara was great too.

Too bad ME3 kind of ruins stuff.

Tali, Jack, Garrus, Wrex, and the Consort.

My favorite ME 2 characters are Grunt and Mordin, although in combat I tend to use thane and Miranda the most, followed by Garrus.

Why does everyone like Tali so much? She's not that great in combat, and her character is kinda flat I think. But that's just me.

I don't know about anyone else, but she reminds me of Mission Vao in some ways.
Her personality is rather upbeat, I guess she's the space alien version of a genki girl...

I bet to differ. In ME2 her combat done is awesome and energy drain is excellent on insanity vs humans and synthetics. Her character is alright, she was more interesting to me in ME1.

I love Zaeed too! He's so awesome and I think he has the most interesting party banter in ME2. He's great for machines with synthetics too if you take his squad ammo.
