Halo Aniversary How long to complete....

So how long did it take to complete , I tire of the forum hero's who claim it was a "cake walk" and say they completed it on legendary in 8-9 hrs (which is what I'm doing ) though I find it hard to believe you could do it so quickly even on easy (though don't quote me on it as I haven't tried) and never will


It's strange I shouldn't like this game as I'm in agreement with the "haters" on the "whats wrong with this game threads" but I like (really) even though I have no intrest in sci fi. I think one thing that appeals to me is they know how to do hard , which is almost unheard off in this gen ether hard is "normal" or hard is just damn stupid looks in the direction of Far Cry 2 eg those stupid malaria shots you need to use in the middle of a intense battle or COD World at War with the stupidest mission ever in a game the sniper mission in Germany where the German seems to move like a robot on crack, yet he hits you with one hit kill (and he never misses. ) This mission after about 100+ kills I said "enough is enough" and switched it to easy difficulty.



So how long did it take I'm only 1/2 though and I've put in countless hours / (though I am new to the series) I guess what I like most most about this game is you need to plan and execute to get ahead as oppose to just shoot shoot and shoot or rely on dumb luck .
