Hi everyone! I am new as you can see.

I was wondering if anyone here is a fan of real bowling, and/or the bowling simulator on Wii Sports?

Any kind of bowling...10 pins, candlepin, etc. It's a lot of fun but I'm not very good. I'd like to get better.

Actually I just noticed there is a sports board. Maybe this thread should be moved there? I don't know.

Regardless of where this thread actually belongs, yes I do like Wii Bowling (along with the rest of Wii Sports).

I know of many who love bowling.
Not really keen on Wii Bowling.
I've played the Tekken Bowling feature in Tekken Tag Tournament, That's okay though in my view.

At Wii bowling, I can score 300 80 % of the time.
At real life bowling, I'm happy if I score over a hundred points. :D

As far as Wii bowling goes I used to play it a fair bit, but it's been ages since the last time that I played. When it comes to real bowling the only option around where I live is candlepin which is loads of fun. I also occasionally watch some PBA bowling as well.

I'm a fan of real bowling, usually I can bowl over a 100. Not too keen on the Will, I prefer the real thing.

I got a 300 before in "Wii Sports Resort" bowling while sitting down. Standing up and pretending like it's real bowling doesn't work nearly as well.

I just rented it from Gamefly a while back, but I know the trick to get strikes almost every time.

I love candlepin! It's so fun (but hard).

I would like to see some 10 pin lanes in my area, but 10 pin isn't really popular around here.

I probably play Wii Bowling more than any other game on both versions of Wii Sports. The extra ways to play and the less strain you put on your arm and wrist make it much more enjoyable to play multiple rounds as opposed to real bowling.

I've been league bowling for the last 7 years. Yes, I love bowling.

EDIT: Probably should mention that I do a LOT better in real life than on the Wii. On the Wii, I can barely get to 100. :?

I love both. But I do more better at Wii bowling than I do IRL!
