Favorite video game music

Does anyone here enjoy video game music of any kind? Have any favorite overall game soundtracks, or just some specific ones that may speak to you or simply just sound nice? While it would be hard for me to pick an absolute favorite overall(between Okami, Killer7, Super Mario Galaxy, and the majority of Zelda games or Rare's games), I can think of one specific song that I've loved quite a bit.

Giana Sisters. Especially this specific remake of it (by Machinae Supremacy) -- it's one of the ringtones on my phone. The first time I heard this version, I ended up having to wipe up the semen dripping from my monitor. Yeah, that's how much I like it (the "good part" begins ~40 seconds into the video below).

Theme song to Crystal Hammer (Amiga). Like most of Karsten Obarski's Soundtracker tunes, it sounds "wrong" to me unless it's played back 20% faster than he intended (because the original version of Soundtracker based its timing on the vertical refresh rate, so his songs were written for 50hz playback & I always heard them with 60hz timing).

Emperor: Battle for Dune.

The game has 3 factions with separate soundtracks made by separate composers. Personally, I think the Harkonnen soundtrack by David Arkenstone is best. The Ordos music (Jarrid Mendelson), too, is very creative even for music within the forced boundaries (it had to sound techno because it's Ordos).

Yeah when I first heard that between 97-98 I immediately shout out is that from a PC game ?
BTW I like the TA Kingdoms music too, and Jeremy also took part in that, although the game was much less successful.

Good calls, the monkey island games are some of my childhood favorites and that song at the end of portal was brilliant. Have you checked out any of Jonathon Coultons other songs? theyre all really good too. My personal favorite is a song sung from the perspective of a zombie called "all I wanna do is eat your brains"
