If I had to choose, I would say K' from King of Fighters. Other characters in KOF XIII, always point out the fact that he is always rude, whiny, and anti-social, plus it is easy to get him angry. What video game characters do you think has Aspergers and why?

Patricia tannins (borderlands 2)

The game told me she had it. I thought she had schizophrenia or something similar/more crazy, but hey, dramatic interpretation and all that...

Sora from Kingdom Hearts. He is extremely socially quirky, and can act really odd at times. Also Roxas, as he is socially odd as well, and even gets angry like an Aspie.

Baldur's Gate:

Noober: Everyone in town used to throw rocks at me and tell me I was annoying. I once knew this guy named Dilby. He threw rocks at me too. Are you gonna throw rocks at me? What about now?

Yeah I noticed that as well. As a pop media representation of AS, she's not bad. Some of her lines have enough of a hint of authenticity to them to make me think one of the writers of the dev team for that game may have AS or have a sibling who does. There's the exaggerated delusions about the sentience of her voice recorder of course, there for joke purposes. But then there is other stuff in her dialogue both from BL1 and BL2 about reaction to social interaction that rings true. Formal speech patterns and word choice being the most notable. Her saying she spent three hours vomiting because a boy told her she was pretty, like that. Saying music is "decadent and stupid". Absolutely exaggerated for effect, but there's truth there for sure. I thought that was funny.

the first thing that jumps out at me the most, is that male doctor you save right at the start of the first mass effect along with the female one. he was quirky as all hell, and I remember the female even remarks "madness and greatness are two sides of the same coin" when you ask her what's wrong with him.

I know it's pretty much irrelevant, but still.

Gordon Freeman has something going on... he never talks, and seems to have taken up marksmanship as a hobby at some point in his life, and practiced really really hard.

I don't know how they come up with this stuff, but it's awesome. There was some characters like that in Planescape Torment too.

Same can be said about Doomguy, he can only communicate through chat, and has a charming personality (look up the DooM comic).

Ryu from Street Fighter. He only cares about the fight but is diligent and probably still one of the best characters in the series. And badass.

Doomguy has nobody to talk to, but Freeman actually interacts with people without killing them, and they recognize that he can't talk.'

Persona 4 - The main character.

Since the main character is supposed to be a representation of the person playing, logic follows that if the person playing is an aspie, so is the character themselves.

Same could also be said for Link of the Zelda series.

Sandal from Dragon Age Origins and Dragon age 2 might have some form of Autism. Maybe. He's really brilliant as an enchanter and could be some form of savant. Maybe.
