What is your dream fight with two video game characters. If you have more than one, list as many as you wish. Just state it, who you think would win, and why. Then people can discuss. Personally, I'd like to see Dr. Wily and Dr. Robotnik/Eggman fight. I believe Dr. Eggman would win, though. He's constanly creating weapons to pretty much obliterate the Earth while Wr. Wily just creates robots.

Well, I always thought Megaman vs. Samus would be a cool fight, but the winner would depend almost entirely on how many powers they'd respectively absorbed, and whether Megaman's sidekicks could join in.

Then let us presume that participants in a fight are at max capabilities, but that none of their friends or pets or anything can join. Example: Cloud would not be able to summon Bahamut. Samus vs. Megaman...I'd say Samus, because if they're both fully decked out, they'd both have a very wide array of weaponry, but Samus has Energy Tanks, while Megaman does not.

If they let you, you can have your dream fights in Smash Bros. If not, then someone will have to create a similar game to try that out.

How about Locke vs. Cloud?

Phoenix Wright vs. Derek Stiles. Derek would probably win, because he could use his surgical tools to cut Phoenix's objecting finger off.

Glitch vs... (I don't know, I'm out of ideas, insert an awesome robotic character not yet mentioned here)

a fight between Ridley and Samus with unlimited (technically speaking) moves. something that Nintendo wouldn't do, but can fit the game's story nicely...

Mega Man did have energy tanks (those canisters labeled "E")
