So I recently ordered an XBOX 360 on/from amazon and was wondering will I have to sign for it? It's standard shipping and I looked online and a website said that you have to sign for orders over $400.00. My order is $385.93.

I also have an HDMI cable coming in a seperate packing that has a total of $15.59.

Will I have to sign for my order that is $385.93?

Honestly, I think it all depends on the UPS driver. I don't think they all follow policies 100%.

That being said, I have had expensive items delivered from amazon and did not have to sign. I don't know if they have the option, but Apple has/had a feature where you could actually sign in advance, provided you were willing to take the risk of it being stolen/damaged.

When you overpay, yes.

OP, they will most likely knock on your door for someone to sign or take in the package. If nobody is there the delivery person may leave it on your porch, or drive it back to the station for pick up, or have another go at delivery the next available day for delivery.

But wait, why would someone overpay? o_O

I sure hope it included a good game then. I would never pay over $150 or so on a console, just me!

Is it one of those new "slim" thingamajiggers? I think I have one of those, but even mine was $100?
