I wonder if there are guys who play the Sims.

My friend once told me that Sims is not a game for adult guys, that it is a game for little girls and FAGOTS, maybe, but I like this game :D

your friend is not a very good friend.
guys can play the game too. i recommend it for a good laugh...but it also has its serious moments. The Sims 3 is what i play now.
i think it's good for us on the Spectrum...as we have a platform to practice many things that are in real life...

Guys can play Barbie Horse Adventure if they really want to. Why should any fun game be gender exclusive?

The title of this thread doesn't make sense, unless I wasn't reading it right.

And your friend is stupid (no offense) because the Sims 2 is very popular and I know more teenage and adult males that play it than any other age group. My cousin is 25 and he plays the Sims.

Like the Simpsons, the Sims is one of those things are aren't specifically dedicated for kids, but a lot of kids like and will play, and adults that play it are still socially accepted.

I know I'm a girl but I'm grown-up and I like to play the Sims 2.

Your friend was either joking around or an idiot. I didn't see an LG&F rating on the box when I got Sims 3.

I could easily see the appeal, I enjoyed it for a few days or even a week. Then I realized I was living my character exactly the way I live my real life, haha. I don't do well with role playing games lol.

Actually, my friend liked Sims, even once played, he really liked, especially the building of house, but feared that it might be seen as a homosexual (he used stronger words :-) because the game also include dressing up sims, with he seems as to girlish and geyish:)

If you find a game fun then play it. My brother laughs at me because I play Nintendogs on my 3DS and I'm a girl.

Games are unisex :)
